Marypat Tracy, MSW, LCSW

Marypat Tracy, MSW, LCSW, Executive Director

A passion for working in the aging field attracted Marypat to Connectedly 20+ years ago. Marypat earned her MSW degree with a concentration in Gerontology at Rutgers University. Outside of the office, Marypat enjoys biking, walking on the beach, and laughing with her beloved grandchildren.  

Wanda Kraybill, MSc 

Wanda Kraybill, MSc , Finance Director 

Wanda brings her broad international experience in programming and international education to her work in finance. She holds a MSc in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University. Wanda finds joy in running, reading, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.  

Lori Latimer, MSW, LCSW 

Lori Latimer, MSW, LCSW , Director of Programs

Lori earned her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and has experience in housing, mental health, geriatrics, and clinical research. She has a passion for trauma-informed care and the Sanctuary model. Lori loves training in judo, which has been a part of her family for over 30 years, and hanging out with her husband, along with their two cats and dog.

Dionne Wright Chambers, MSEd

Dionne Wright Chambers, MSEd, GrandFamily Educator

Dionne earned her Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Chestnut Hill College. She has experience working in a variety of Early Childhood Education settings, as well as the School District of Philadelphia, Quaker intuitions, and Jewish synagogues. Her passion is advocating for children, families, and educators to have access to high quality early language and literacy curricula. Dionne enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking.  

Deborah Davis, MSW, LCSW

Deborah Davis, MSW, LCSW, Social Worker

Debby joined the organization in 2014 and provides counseling and program coordination. She earned her BSS from University College Dublin, M.Ed from University of GA, and MSW from VA Commonwealth University. She is a credentialed provider with Philadelphia CBH. Debby enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and family, gardening, and reading.  

Kaiima Griffith

Kaiima Griffith, Case Manager/ Community Engagement Specialist

Kaiima earned her BA in Journalism from Rutgers University. She previously served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Kensington and has a background in casework and community outreach. Kaiima enjoys fishing, photography, and spending time with family.

Carly Handley, B.S.Ed. 

Carly Handley, B.S.Ed. , Community Programs Coordinator

Carly earned her B.S.Ed. from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a PA Licensed Educator whose passion is empowering others through literacy. Outside of work, Carly loves listening to music, traveling, trying new cuisines, and hanging out with her friends, family, and pets. In July 2024, Carly transitioned from GrandFamily Educator to Community Programs Coordinator, overseeing Healthy Lives and Connect 4 Health.

Arlene Segal, MS

Arlene Segal, MS, Coordinator, Philly Families Connect 

Arlene is a Certified Trauma-Competent Professional who has the privilege of working with grandparents raising their grandchildren. Her career at Connectedly began over 30 years ago. Her private life is filled with family (7 grandchildren), friendships, writing poetry, and reading.

John Rosenberg

John Rosenberg, Administrative Coordinator/Grant Writer

John brings to Connectedly extensive administrative experience. He is from Los Angeles, California, and is happily a short-order cook for his wife Yael and their sons.

Mayu Stehly

Mayu Stehly, Operations & Communications Coordinator

Mayu joined the organization in 2012. She has a BA in Sociology & Anthropology from Colgate University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, seeing friends, and being involved in her church.
