On Saturday, February 10, 2024, Connectedly’s GrandFamily Resource Center held an intergenerational event at the Lillian Marrero Branch Library in North Philadelphia. Connectedly’s Community Engagement Specialist Christina Klos and Philly Families Connect Coordinator Arlene Segal led an uplifting goal setting and vision board creating activity that engaged both grandparents and grandchildren. It was also a welcomed bonding opportunity for the grandfamilies. Even the youngest children were interacting with each other by the end.
